    Yes, we do supply prescription medication items. Along with these items, we do need original prescriptions before we dispatch the order.

  6. What are the expiry dates on the products sold?
    We provide our customers with the highest quality of products. Stocks are checked and replenished on a weekly basis to ensure that our aims are completed. The goods delivered have expiry dates of between 6 months to 1 year to give the customer a suitable amount of time to use them

    We use all the latest encryption methods and provide physical security for our data servers that gather your personal information like address and phone numbers. Credit card details are directly submitted to our payment partners and are highly secure with server.

  10. Can I cancel my order, after paying for it?
    If your ordered goods have not been dispatched we will refund you the full invoice amount within 3 to 5 working days. To cancel your order you must contact the Pharmacy Team

  12. How to order for products that are out of stock?
    If a product is out of stock you can still add it to your order, however it will only be dispatched once it is in stock. We aim to replenish our stocks regularly, so in most cases if the item is out of stock, it will be back in stock as soon as possible. Note: Please do not order any item that is displayed as out of stock if you require it urgently.

    We ensure that all the information and colours provided for products are correct at the time of their publication.     Yes, we are a UK regulated pharmacy with physical premises in Surrey. Services provided by us are fully compliant with that of Great Britain’s protocols and NHS primary care trust requirements.

  18. Will I get a receipt for my prescription?
    Once order has been placed with PharmacyOutlet, you will receive an email confirmation containing order number, items and value; this will be the receipt. When you have received the parcel, it will contain an order dispatch note, with the details of the order. In case you need to contact us with any further queries, please keep the order number and provide it on the call

  20. How can I register to Electronic Prescription Service? 
    Just fill out your details in NHS-EPS form and we shall contact your doctor and arrange for all your prescriptions to directly send to us, we shall then process the order and dispatch all your medications

  21. Can you tell me when I need a new/repeat prescription?
    It is quick and easy to be registered with PharmacyOutlet repeat prescription service. Our completely free reminder service, will contact you by email for repeated prescription. You can also order it any time and get it delivered to your chosen address.
