Once registered with us you can just contact us or we can contact you when a repeat prescription is required.

 

We order and then deliver your medication to you.

If you wish to change or cancel your nomination to EPS, you can either speak to us or your GP.


How does it work for repeat prescription?

Our free reminder service will send you an alert via email to inform you that a repeat prescription is due.
Alternatively, you can order anytime by EMAIL or by calling us on 03333 222 400 and have your prescribed medication delivered to your address.

Can I sign up for someone else, such as a friend, family member, or someone I care for with this service?
Yes, signing up on behalf of a friend or relative is easy; follow the simple online registration steps.


Do I need to be in to take delivery of my medicines and what happens if I’m not in?
If no one is available to receive your delivery, then Royal Mail will let you know how you can rearrange delivery or collection.


Does this service cost anything?
Our NHS Electronic Repeat Prescription service and delivery is free, however you will have to pay for your NHS prescription medicines, unless you are NHS exempt.
Delivery is offered for FREE via Royal Mail to a UK address of your choice.


How much does delivery cost?
Prescription medicines are delivered to your chosen UK address FREE via the Royal Mail 48 hour signed or tracked service.


I take several medicines and the prescriptions are due at different times. Is this a problem?
Not at all. We can work with your GP surgery so that everything is renewed at the same time. If you need anything sooner, just call us and we’ll sort it out.


Sometimes I run out of things in less than a month. What should I do?
Don’t worry, this often happens. Call us a few days before you are going to run out and we’ll order a new prescription for you.


Which locations do you deliver to?
We are able to deliver your medication to addresses across the UK, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, via Royal Mail Tracked service however you are only able to order a repeat prescription if your GP is registered in England. For example, if you live in Scotland but your GP is based in England you may be able to nominate your surgery.
