Direction of Use:
- Slightly bend knee and position the wrap
- Begin wrapping the support to complete one turn around the upper calf
- Continue wrapping in an upward spiral, overlapping each turn about 50%
- To finish, secure the hook closure of the wrap
Side Effects and Precautions:
- In case you are not comfortable wearing the product for longer time, you can take it out and wear it in intervals
- Avoid using the product if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients used in the wrap
